About Fred Noseworthy

Fred began his real estate career in 1979 by representing buyers and sellers on the Monterey Peninsula. He has been an active member of the community having served as President of the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce in 1979 and President of the Del Monte Forest Property Owners (Pebble Beach) in 1980. Currently, Fred represents buyers and sellers of real property in the Salinas and Monterey Peninsula markets.  Fred is the director of Carmel's KW Commercial office, a division of Keller Williams Realty.

Fred has owned several businesses and has been an investor in other business interests since moving to Monterey County in 1974.  His career spans involvement in securities, financial planning and real estate sales and development.  Fred is a Vietnam veteran having earned the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, Silver Star, Bronze Star, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Combat Infantryman's Badge and Purple Heart.  He graduated from both the United States Army's Ranger School and Airborne School.

Fred is an alumnus of Middlebury College having earned a degree in economics.  His office is in Carmel.

Among Fred's accomplishments in real estate:

1. He has earned the respect of the local real estate community.
2. He developed a portion of Monterey’s Ryan Ranch, a first-class office and R&D park.
3. He leased Heritage Harbor (commercial project) to a 97% occupancy level for the first and only time the complex has been almost completely leased.
4. He was the first broker to sell a Pebble Beach home that sold for over one million dollars (1980). (Now, some of the same homes are listed for $25 million!)
